It seems someone once said (or wrote on this forum) about an animal clinic that will spay/neuter/alter/mangle cats for free, but I can't recall the details.

I've got a couple neighborhood strays who've started coming around that desperately need their nuts chopped off. Info, anyone? Anyone? Thanx.
